None of the recipes below depend on a special trip to the store; almost everything pulls from staples you probably keep around (oil, garlic, onions, canned tomatoes, broth, rice or pasta).

The "Under 30 Minutes" filter means we've prioritized dishes that genuinely fit the brief — not just dishes that mention the word. So under-30-minute pages only include recipes whose total cook time is honestly 30 minutes or less, vegetarian pages don't sneak fish into "vegetarian," and one-pan recipes really do come together in one pan with one round of dishes at the end.

A handful of weeknight tactics make any of these faster: prep your aromatics (garlic, onion, ginger) before you turn on the stove rather than racing the pan; use a kettle to pre-boil pasta water; and lean on frozen vegetables when you don't have fresh — they're picked at peak ripeness and cook in seconds.
